Today’s Field Day brought tons of fun to PSE students with inflatables, relay races, and nonstop excitement!
Fourth grade students wrapped up their career exploration unit by creating a diorama representing their chosen career. Today, they proudly displayed their projects for parents and classmates. Six outstanding entries were selected to be showcased at the fair this year. 🌟
Congratulations to Carson Hollon for receiving the Beau Singleton Memorial and the Preble Shawnee Athletic Boosters scholarship totaling $1500. Also congratulations to Taylan Horrigan for the Sinclair Tech Prep Scholarship totaling $3000. Both names missed. Congrats to both.

Fourth graders attended a field trip focused on career exploration today at the fairgrounds. They rotated through a variety of engaging stations that brought the careers they’ve been studying to life. 🚔👩🏻💻🚑🛠️
Ms. Mayer and Mrs. Long’s Second grade classes had a wonderful time planting flowers at Dr. Thompson’s today! A big thank you to Dr. Thompson and the amazing staff for welcoming us and for generously supporting our school by purchasing flowers from our fundraiser. Our students have been learning all about spring, planting, teamwork, and the importance of community. It was the perfect way to bring those lessons to life! 🌸🌻🌷

The Preble Shawnee kindergartners visited the Preble County Historical Society and Nature Reserve on May 8th. Students were able to visit different stations relating to conservation. It was a wonderful day of learning and adventure! 🌿🌻
Students at PSE participated in an exciting Career Day today, exploring a wide range of career paths and learning from professionals across various industries in our community. They were inspired to dream big about their futures.🌟

The Preble Shawnee Local School District’s Board of Education is holding a Special Board of Education Meeting on Thursday, May 22nd, 2025 to conduct any and all business necessary at that time. The meeting will take place at 5495 Somers Gratis Road, Camden, Ohio 45311, in the library. It is open to the public and starts at 5:00 PM.
