🩸The National Honor Society held its blood drive at the high school this week.🩸 PSHS registered 37 and collected 27 units which means our wonderful school saved up to 81 lives yesterday! A Big Thank You to those who helped and those who donated!!! 🔴⚫️Go Arrows⚫️🔴  

Mrs. Back's 5th-grade science class did their egg drop experiment. They are testing which egg protection would protect the egg and learning about how to work as a team of scientists!

The Preble Shawnee Local School District's Board of Education will hold the Regular Board of Education Meeting on October 14, 2025 at 5:00pm located in the Library at 5495 Somers Gratis Road, Camden, Ohio 45311. This meeting is open to the public.

Homecoming Pep Assembly

Last week our Middle School Houses had their house sorting ceremony. Each 5th student was welcomed to their new House. The 4 Houses of the Ron Clark Academy—Amistad, Altruismo, Isibindi, Rêveur—each represent a unique core value that shapes student character and school culture. Every student and staff member is sorted into a House, creating a sense of belonging, pride, and family. These Houses promote values such as friendship, bravery, giving, dreams, success, kindness, unity, and uplift. Through healthy competition, students earn points for demonstrating excellence in academics, behavior, and leadership. This system encourages positive behavior, builds confidence, and motivates students to support one another. House events, chants, and celebrations bring energy and unity to the entire school. Students feel seen, valued, and empowered to grow into the best version of themselves. Overall, the House System transforms the school environment into one that is vibrant, inclusive, and purpose-driven.

Fourth graders traveled to SunWatch today to further their study of the Fort Ancient people, their farming techniques and artifacts.

Two hour delay due to power outage at high school. Some buses already out and will return. No phones or internet for entire district.

🏌️‍♀️☀️ Our Advanced Physical Education class had a great time at Beachwood Golf Course on Friday. Hitting birdies and having a tee-rific time on a gorgeous day! 🌞⛳️

It's inspiring to see fifth graders engaging with the preamble to the Constitution, gaining a deeper understanding of our nation's history and values.
