Today Mrs. Clark's and Mrs. Lovely's preschool classes made apple pies in a cup to celebrate Johnny Appleseed's birthday and the end of their apple unit.🍎
Today the third graders went on a field trip to the fairgrounds, where they explored different Ag STEM careers. A big thanks to the county FFA students for providing our third graders with an engaging, hands-on learning experience about animals, plants, and agricultural equipment.
The High School Cheerleaders are selling 🩷PINK/PEACH OUT🧡 shirts for breast cancer awareness and in support of one of our biggest fans, Lettie (who recently got to 'ring the bell')!! The shirts will be worn on October 25th at our football game against Dixie. ORDERS DUE OCT 4th The shirts are $15-additional $2 for 2xl or larger. ⛳🌞Mr. Schmidt's Advanced PE class took a field trip to Beechwood Golf Course on Friday. The students had a blast getting first hand experience on the green!!

Some of our Kindergarteners participated in the create-a-pig project. Their amazing creations will be displayed at the Pork Festival this weekend. 🐷

Yesterday at lunch, the MS Hope Squad led classmates through a coloring activity, and the HS Hope Squad had peers answer “what makes you feel hopeful?” and passed out cups of goldfish!😁

📚✏️Yesterday in Mrs.South’s kindergarten class, we had a fun and hands-on way of practicing the letter M! 🤍The kids used sand trays to write and trace the letter M, and they were so engaged! ❤️ Not only did it help reinforce letter formation, but the sensory experience of writing in the sand made it even more exciting for them.✏️📚
