Last week our Middle School participated in a house sorting ceremony. Our 5th graders are each officially members of their own house.🔴🔵⚫️🟢
A key element of the House System is the way that it increases students’ motivation to succeed in school by fostering a sense of belonging among all students and staff, and parents often report feeling more connected to the school community as well. To achieve this, each student will be a part of one of 4 houses and will have the opportunity to participate in house-specific events and activities throughout the year.

Today Mrs. Clark's and Mrs. Lovely's preschool classes made apple pies in a cup to celebrate Johnny Appleseed's birthday and the end of their apple unit.🍎
Today the third graders went on a field trip to the fairgrounds, where they explored different Ag STEM careers. A big thanks to the county FFA students for providing our third graders with an engaging, hands-on learning experience about animals, plants, and agricultural equipment.
The High School Cheerleaders are selling 🩷PINK/PEACH OUT🧡 shirts for breast cancer awareness and in support of one of our biggest fans, Lettie (who recently got to 'ring the bell')!! ⛳🌞Mr. Schmidt's Advanced PE class took a field trip to Beechwood Golf Course on Friday. The students had a blast getting first hand experience on the green!!
