Lawn Care & Snow Removal Services – Request for Proposals

Preble Shawnee Local Schools is accepting proposals for lawn care and snow removal services.

The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available for interested vendors beginning Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

RFP packets must be picked up in person at the Preble Shawnee Local Schools District Office:

The RFP packet will not be available for download online. Interested vendors should stop by the District Office to obtain a complete RFP packet.
Completed RFP packets must be returned in person to the District Office Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Proposal Deadline:
Tuesday, October 13, 2026
Interested vendors are encouraged to obtain a packet as soon as possible to allow adequate time to review the specifications and prepare their proposal.
