This year, the Preble Shawnee FFA members are practicing for the district Job Interview Contest. The contest will consist of an FFA member who will write a resume, a cover letter, and a follow up letter for after the actual interview. The judges will be from several different business areas, and the FFA member will go through a real interview and will be scored based on several different criteria’s.

This year, the Preble Shawnee FFA members are starting to practice for the district Agricultural and Industrial Diagnostics contest. The team will consist of 2 FFA members who will be given a piece of equipment that will not function properly and will have a time limit for debugging the machine. The FFA would like to thank John and Christa Downard for coaching the team again this year.  

This year, the Preble Shawnee FFA members are practicing for the district equine contest. The contest will consist of judging halter classes, judging riding classes, taking a tack ID test, and a written test. There will be 1 judge for the contest, and multiple FFA chapters competing for the top spot. The people for the equine team are Kirsten Fross, Morgan Gregory, Addie Anspaugh, and Kaitlyn McGarvey. The coach for the team is Kirsten Fross.
