Fill the Truck

The Eaton FFA challenged the Preble Shawnee FFA to see who could Fill the Truck with the most pounds of non-perishable food items. The time has come to finalize our can collecting and tally up the results. The FFA Chapters were not alone in this challenge. In fact, it became a schoolwide challenge to see who could Fill the Truck the fullest. The Eaton Eagles collected 5600 cans and the Preble Shawnee Arrows collected 1932 canned goods weighing in at. Therefore, a total of 7532 canned goods was collected to feed families of Preble County. After all, one of the goals of the National FFA Organization is serving others. The class that collected the most canned goods at Preble Shawnee was Mrs. Miller’s sixth grade class at West Elkton Intermediate school.
